1. General Introduction
- The Dormitory Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education was established according to Decision No.: 74/QĐ - CB dated October 1, 1999, by the Rector of the University of Technology and Education of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Implementing the pilot financial autonomy for the Dormitory Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education in 2016, according to Decision No. 1950/QĐ-ĐHSPKT, dated September 1, 2016.
2. Features:
The Dormitory of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education has 2 campuses:
- Campus 1 dormitory area: 4,800 m2, including 88 service rooms with a of 388 students and a Mini Dormitory with an area of about 500 m2 accommodating 24 students.
Address: 01 Vo Van Ngan, Thu Duc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Campus 2 dormitory area: 14,200 m2, including 231 traditional rooms with a capacity of 1,776 students and 42 service rooms with a capacity of 168 students.

- The dormitory meets about 30% of the accommodation needs of the entire student body, including international students, especially Laotian students.
